Diya Ajit is a strategy consultant and creative director who was the former Director of Branded Content and Commercial Director of Vogue Arabia. She was a prominent member of Vogue Arabia’s Executive team, bringing more than fifteen years of creative industry leadership, marketing expertise, and executive management experience to her role with the company. She resigned from her role in May 2018 to relocate to the United States.

Diya has proven experience with business transformation and organizational change and brings strategic vision and a growth hacker mentality to companies to help them aggressively scale, accelerate revenue growth and adapt to the digital media landscape. She also plays the role of creative director and producer on all her projects and enjoys mentoring young creative talent.

At Vogue, Diya spearheaded the digital commercial practice and strategy, facilitating company activity in consulting, sales, marketing and branded content. She also built and managed business units for Digital Sales and Branded Content. 

Previously, Diya served in an executive role at digital magazine Savoir Flair, where her focus on users, innovation, improved operational efficiency, and execution transformed the company and led to significant company growth. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at leading advertising agencies such as BBDO, DDB and MullenLOWE, where she held management and creative roles, ultimately serving as Creative Group Head and leading successful efforts to strengthen the creative product, and drive new business.
